Channel 37 Online was born out of love, and spite.
While working for a large web hosting company, and hating i, founder and web developer Shelby Gonzales discovered that she loved combining creativity, technical problem-solving, and supporting small businesses. After taking countless support calls from frustrated business owners dealing with broken, outdated, or just plain ugly websites, she realized there was room for a different kind of web company: one where the person building your website actually cares about what happens after it launches.
So now she makes really cool websites for a living.

I’ll provide clear pricing before work begins, so there are no surprise mystery invoices.
How long does it take to build a website?
Most small business websites can be completed within a few weeks once content and other required materials are available. Larger projects or websites requiring custom functionality may take longer. I’ll establish an expected timeline with you before the project begins.
Can I just build my own website or use AI?

No. Channel 37 Online is based in Phoenix, Arizona, but I work with businesses throughout the United States. I have many awesome clients all over the United States! Most projects can be completed entirely remotely.

Yes, absolutely. Your website belongs to you. I can provide ongoing hosting, maintenance, and support if you’d like, but you’re never locked into Channel 37 Online to keep your website running.
