01
Our Commitment
Channel 37 Online LLC works to make this website usable by people with a wide range of abilities, devices, and assistive technologies. We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as development guidance.
We have not established full WCAG 2.2 AA conformance or ADA compliance through a comprehensive audit. This statement describes our approach and the limitations currently known.
02
Practices We Use
Our development considerations include semantic headings, readable layouts, responsive spacing, descriptive links, text alternatives for informative images, labels for form fields, visible keyboard focus, and keyboard access to navigation and controls.
The site includes a skip-to-content link and a control for pausing image motion. We review content and interactive features as the website changes. The presence of these features is not a guarantee that every interaction works for every visitor.
03
Review and Known Limitations
Our current review includes automated checks of rendered page structure, image alternatives and form labels, a keyboard focus check on the Contact form, consent controls, and representative desktop and mobile layouts. Broader keyboard, screen-reader, contrast, and checkout testing remains in progress.
The cookie consent interface is under review following a reconnection. Its wording and preference flow need further verification. If you cannot use a consent control, contact us for assistance.
The WooCommerce store is being prepared for launch. The current cart and checkout pages lack a top-level page heading, which can make orientation harder for visitors using assistive technology. Product selection, cart, checkout, and the planned Square payment flow require further accessibility testing before launch. We have not verified the complete purchasing flow with assistive technology.
04
Third-Party Features
Some experiences depend on third-party products or services, including WooCommerce, Square, Printful, Calendly, and Elementor Cookiez. Their interfaces and updates may affect accessibility. Please report barriers you encounter so we can investigate and discuss another way to help.
05
Report a Barrier or Request Assistance
Email [email protected] if you have trouble using the website, reading content, sending an inquiry, arranging a consultation, or accessing an order-related service. You may request information or assistance in another accessible format or by email.
If possible, tell us the page address, what you were trying to do, and what went wrong. You may also share the browser, device, or assistive technology you were using, but you do not need to disclose a disability or medical information.
We will review your message and work with you to identify practical assistance and appropriate improvements.
